Klein & Associates, David represented disadvantaged people at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid in a variety of family law cases involving: Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity, Child Support Establishment and Enforcement, Guardianship, and Domestic Violence Injunctions. 

With Eric N. Klein & Associates, David has experience in High-Asset Divorce, Uncontested Divorce, Contempt/Enforcement Actions, Child Support Establishment and Enforcement, Modifications, High-Asset Prenuptial/Ante-Nuptial Agreements, Paternity, Domestic Violence Injunctions, Adoptions, Termination of Parental Rights and Appeals. David has successfully written an appellate brief in the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Prior to attending Law School, David was a Tennis Professional in Syracuse, New York and enjoys playing golf when he is not at the office or in court.
