Sheri Stein Charlse, Esq.

Attorney Sheri Charlse has been practicing law in South Florida since 1987. She is an experienced attorney who has represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation cases, including but not limited to the areas of bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosures, landlord/tenant and general contract law.

Sheri currently practices in the area of consumer bankruptcy. She has handled hundreds of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for individuals and businesses. We live in challenging times and many people are struggling with mounting debt and a feeling that there is no solution to their financial problems. Sheri has acquired the experience necessary to assist clients in regaining their financial freedom. She has helped clients:

• Prevent foreclosure sales
• Eliminate or reduce their debt
• Stop creditor harassment

At Eric N. Klein & Associates, the bankruptcy department is about developing an overall plan to assist clients in obtaining a financial “fresh start”. Sheri not only handles the bankruptcy case but together with the firm’s real estate department, counsels clients on how to deal with property issues in our current “real estate crisis”. Most importantly, she guides her clients through the entire process with empathy and respect for what is most often times a highly emotional experience.

Sheri was born in New York but has lived in South Florida since the age of 13. She is a devoted mom and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sheri spends her free time either at the gym, sporting events or the beach.
